The 'HiMite '
A simple CW transceiver for the upper HF bands

The HiMite is a revision of the RockMite (April 2003 QST), and is currently featured in the newest (December 2005) issue of QST magazine.    

Features:-

- Double-sided PCB 2.0" x 3.2", plated-thru-holes, solder masked & silkscreened for easy assembly

- 0.5W power output at 13.8V supply.

- Supply voltage range 8-15V

- Tuning: VXO (pot-tuned)

- ‘RIT’

-Built-in Iambic keyer, 5-40 WPM

-Built in sidetone, 700 Hz

- Includes assembly and operating instructions

- All on-board parts (as pictured above), plus the Tune and RIT pots, are supplied in kit

ENCLOSURE OPTIONS:

We do not yet offer an enclosure for the Rock-Mite.

CONNECTORS & CONTROLS

The controls/connectors set for the RockMite is usable for the HiMite. It includes:

BNC bulkhead, (2) 3.5mm stereo jacks, gain pot, knob, power jack & plug (2.1/5.5mm), power and interconnect wire, subminiature switch, reverse polarity diode, instructions.

The HiMite comes with Tune and RIT pots- you don’t need to purchase those separately.
